Bu tapu; hak sahiplerinin arsa \u00fczerindeki paylar\u0131n\u0131 ve in\u015faat tamamland\u0131ktan sonra yap\u0131daki payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n nas\u0131l olaca\u011f\u0131na dair bilgileri belgelemekle beraber, kat irtifak\u0131 sahiplerine ortak arsa \u00fczerinde yap\u0131lacak olan yap\u0131n\u0131n in\u015faat\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131 &#8211; tamamlanmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde bor\u00e7 y\u00fckler.
