T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de iklim kriziyle m\u00fccadele amac\u0131yla birtak\u0131m hedefler yay\u0131nlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu hedeflerin ba\u015f\u0131nda enerji tasarrufu sa\u011flayabilmek ve yenilenebilir enerji kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 \u00fclke \u00e7ap\u0131nda artt\u0131rmak bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu enerjinin en \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan \u00f6zelli\u011fi ise temiz ve kaynaklar\u0131 t\u00fcketmeden k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede kendini yenileyebilmesidir. Fosil yak\u0131tlar ile k\u0131yasland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda d\u00fcnyan\u0131n her yerinde kolay bulunabilirler, t\u00fckenmeleri neredeyse imkans\u0131zd\u0131r ve sera gaz\u0131 \u00fcretmedikleri i\u00e7in \u00e7evreye \u00e7ok az zarar verirler. Ayr\u0131ca enerji \u00fcretim maliyetleri de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yenilenebilir Enerjinin Yararlar\u0131 Nedir?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n, do\u011faya zarar vermeden, daha ekonomik bir \u015fekilde kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar,<\/li>\n<li>Enerji u\u0308retiminde d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k azal\u0131r,<\/li>\n<li>Enerji verimlili\u011finin artmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur ve hava kirlili\u011finin azalmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar,<\/li>\n<li>Karbon emisyonunu azal\u0131r<\/li>\n<li>Yu\u0308ksek teknoloji gerektirmedi\u011finden kolayca kurulabilir sistemlerdir ve uzun vaadede olduk\u00e7a ekonomik bir enerji \u00e7\u00f6zu\u0308mu\u0308du\u0308r.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 2053 Net S\u0131f\u0131r Emisyon Hedefi Nedir?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye, Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler Kalk\u0131nma Program\u0131 (UNDP) ile birlikte Uzun D\u00f6nemli \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Stratejisi ve Eylem Plan\u0131 haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 2022 y\u0131l\u0131 itibariyle tamamlad\u0131. Ama\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbonlu kalk\u0131nma ile iklime diren\u00e7li bir ekonomiye ge\u00e7i\u015f yapmak ve iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ile m\u00fccadeleyi artt\u0131rmak. Bu hedefin i\u00e7erisinde yap\u0131lan yeniliklerden bir tanesi de binalarda yenilenebilir enerji zorunlulu\u011funa ge\u00e7mek olmu\u015ftur. Bu zorunluluk 1 Ocak 2023 itibariyle ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yenilenebilir Enerji Zorunlulu\u011fu <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Binalarda Enerji Performans\u0131 Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fine g\u00f6re bir parselde toplam in\u015faat alan\u0131 5 bin metrekareden b\u00fcy\u00fck olan b\u00fct\u00fcn binalarda kullan\u0131lan enerjinin en az %5\u2019inin yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Pencerelerde \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in daha kal\u0131n malzeme kullanarak ortalama %25 daha az enerji t\u00fcketerek \u0131s\u0131nmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olacakt\u0131r. Bu gibi \u015fartlar\u0131n oldu\u011fu y\u00f6netmelikteki %5 yenilenebilir enerji kullanma zorunlulu\u011fu 2025\u2019te 2 bin metrekare \u00fczerindeki binalar i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli olacak ve s\u0131n\u0131r artt\u0131r\u0131larak %10\u2019a \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Bu sayede genel olarak T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 2023 sonras\u0131nda enerji ithalat faturas\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131ll\u0131k 5 milyar T\u00fcrk liras\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fmesi, 2025 sonras\u0131nda ise y\u0131ll\u0131k 7.5 milyar T\u00fcrk liras\u0131 tasarruf sa\u011flanmas\u0131 hedeflenmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>1 Ocak 2023 itibariyle e\u011fer binalar\u0131n projeleri bu y\u00f6netmeli\u011fe uygun haz\u0131rlanmazsa bu binalar i\u00e7in ruhsat d\u00fczenlenmemesi de y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin \u00f6nemli maddesidir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hukuki S\u00fcre\u00e7 Nas\u0131l \u0130\u015fliyor?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>E\u011fer 5 bin metrekareden b\u00fcy\u00fck bir bina projesi sahibi iseniz, projenizin ruhsat onay\u0131 alabilmesi i\u00e7in bu y\u00f6netmelik \u015fartlar\u0131na uygun haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 gerekiyor.
